Suntbahing in Giardino della Rose (the rose garden) which has beautiful views of the city; going for a cocktail at one of the city’s rooftop terrace; enjoying local wine at a sunshine-filled piazza (Santo Spirito is one of my favourites!) or going for an impromptu trip to Chianti (the wine country) which is only about an hour away!

What were some of the hidden gems in that city? Why?
