Paris Interview by Muriel Demarcus

What city will you be talking about?

What’s the cheapest way to enjoy this city at night?

Just walk along the Seine and have an ice-cream at Bertillon.
If you just have a couple of hours, just take the Line 6 of the Tube and enjoy the beautiful views of the river and the Eiffel tower.

What’s your favorite restaurant here? What’s so special about it?

My favourite restaurant is called Marty Brasserie, in the fifth district. I love it, because it is quintessentially Parisian. The food is super fresh and the wines are to die for. I believe that it is the most romantic restaurant in Paris. A great place to ask her to marry you, if you ask me.

What’s your favorite thing to do on a warm Sunday morning in this city?

If you want to have the full-blown Parisian experience, go for a coffee or a brunch at Cafe de Flore on Boulevard Saint Germain. It happens to be one of the oldest cafes in Paris.

What were some of the hidden gems in that city? Why?

I am a huge fan of Miss Tic art work. Miss Tic used to paint all over Paris walls. It is always about ageless sexy dark-haired women, with a line poetry and a wordplay. I used to believe that it was like a treasure hunt. You took a right turn and Voila! the painting was in front of you. You might see some of her paintings in the XIII district (Bute aux Cailles). It will be worth the effort, I promise.
