Hi. What do you do?

Jeweller FGA., DGA.

What city are you reviewing?

What are some of the most amazing things about your city?

Two opera houses, Salle Garnier and Opera Bastille. The finest hotels, my favourite is Le Meurice. Wonderful flea markets and antique jewellery shops, better prices than London and finer pieces. Galleries Lafayette the most beautiful department store, have coffee at Maxims. Place Vendome. Stock up on clothes, shoes and scent, much cheaper than elsewhere. Jardin des Tuilleries and of course the Louvre.

Where would you go on a lonely Wednesday evening?

One of the many superb restaurants, ask the concierge.

Where are the best places to go when the weather is horrible?!

Louvre, Musee Pompidou.

What’s the most romantic restaurant in this city and WHY?

Le Meurice, they anticipate your every need. I looked for glasses in my hanbag, realising I had left them in my room I was about to get up when a waiter arrived with a box of assorted colours and prescriptions! Apart from a stool for my handbag and sublime food in an exquisite room, the staff seemed invisible.

What are your best money saving tips?

Buy cosmetics, clothes and if you can afford it, a piece of jewellery.

What are your personal or career goals?

What or WHO would help you hit your goals?

My new website.
